Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations that ascertain clients' mental health needs. This includes using structured interview protocols and validated assessment tools to inform personalized treatment plans.

• Provide high-quality evidence-based therapy services through secure digital platforms, ensuring that each session is tailored to the unique preferences and requirements of your clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counselors will engage with clients from various backgrounds facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. The client demographic ranges across age groups, cultural backgrounds, and socioeconomic statuses, which necessitates a flexible, culturally competent approach to care.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in the state of Texas.

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to establish rapport with clients through remote interactions.

• Empathy and sensitivity towards clients’ challenges and life experiences are crucial, ensuring a safe and trusting therapeutic environment.
