Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to assigned students within the school environment, addressing symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders.

• Conduct evidenced-based screenings and assessments to develop tailored care plans, ensuring accessibility to support resources.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance service delivery and contribute to student success.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on students facing diverse challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. You will be working in partnership with educational staff to create an environment of support and understanding, tailored for the unique dynamics within school settings in El Paso, Texas.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution; licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
