Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and diagnose conditions accurately.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Maintain meticulous documentation in adherence with California state regulations and organizational policies, ensuring client confidentiality and compliance.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license in California, in good standing.

Compensation and Benefits\n
