Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate group therapy sessions for clients, promoting engagement and support while encouraging shared experiences among participants.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions that provide personalized care, assisting clients in exploring their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

• Collaboratively develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's individual needs, ensuring they are goal-oriented and measurable.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on young adults aged 18 to 30, particularly those enrolled in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). These clients often face a range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and life transitions. By intervening during this crucial developmental stage, you will play an essential role in guiding them towards resilience and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Maryland.

• A strong understanding of mental health treatment modalities and evidence-based practices.
