Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide tailored therapeutic interventions that cater to the unique needs of individuals and families.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will primarily benefit children and families facing a variety of challenges, including but not limited to gender issues, addiction, chronic pain, as well as anxiety and depression. You will play a crucial role in enhancing mental health outcomes for clients dealing with the repercussions of prenatal substance exposure, and your work will contribute to the stabilization of families in crisis.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline is required.

• Current and Active CA License in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with Department of Mental Health billing practices and documentation requirements is preferred but not required.

• Proven experience implementing evidence-based practices for children and families to promote effective therapy outcomes is highly desirable.

• A firm understanding of basic medical terminology and familiarity with issues surrounding prenatal substance abuse and its impact on child development would be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
