Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will provide essential services to young adults in our outpatient treatment center, focusing on evidence-based and holistic treatment methods. Your responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy: Facilitate group sessions that encourage sharing, connection, and experiential learning among participants.

• Individual Therapy: Deliver tailored counseling sessions that address the unique thoughts, feelings, and behaviors of each client, guiding them to develop personalized coping strategies and action plans.

This position primarily serves young adults aged 18 to 30 who are engaged in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). As a counselor, you will encounter a diverse range of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to trauma and adjustment disorders. Your role will involve creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can work towards recovery and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, you must possess the following:
