Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate clients’ psychological states, histories, and needs, resulting in well-defined and personalized treatment plans.

• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic care for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention services, approaching emergency situations with sensitivity and a quick, effective response.

• Educate clients on their mental health diagnoses and available treatment options while connecting them to relevant community resources.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele represents a diverse community of individuals grappling with various mental health issues, including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse. As a counselor at Adorn Life, you will work with a broad demographic, providing tailored care that respects the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Proven experience in conducting assessments and developing effective treatment strategies.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for client rapport and collaborative work with team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n
