Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• Active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• Proven experience (a minimum of 3 years) in providing individual and/or group therapy.

While relevant experience as an LMFT is essential, familiarity with different therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is highly desirable. Additional certifications in trauma-informed care or family systems therapy can enhance your candidacy.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
