Administrative Assistant - Dental Hygiene

Responsibilities: Principal Accountabilities & DeliverablesObtain and maintain records of health screens and CPR cards.Attend faculty meeting and record minutesMaintain student notification listPerform all clerical duties as required by Dental Hygiene Program DirectorEstablish and maintain effective working relationshipsAttend Program Advisory Committee Meetings and record minutesMeet with Dental Hygiene Program Director every day for daily plan and updatesMaintain student clinical evaluation filesAssist faculty with documentation outside of workRecord and maintain student clinical tally documentationAssist faculty with information technology issuesAssist students with documentation required for licensureMaintain professionalism and serve as a role model to studentsPerform all other duties as assigned by the Dental Hygiene Program Director, Clinical Director or Academic Dean.Other duties as assignedQualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent.Must have knowledge of secretarial, office, administrative proceduresKnowledge of use and operation of standard office equipment, Excel and Microsoft Word at a level generally required through 5 years of experience.
