Work Environment\n

This full-time position operates primarily in a remote setting, enabling flexibility while maintaining direct access to an outpatient office for necessary client meetings and team collaboration. Our work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs and establish personalized treatment plans that promote healing and resilience.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families utilizing evidence-based techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), to address various issues, including anxiety, depression, and relationship conflicts.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• An active and independent state licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Oregon.

• At least 2 years of experience providing therapy services, with a demonstrated capacity to develop and implement treatment plans.

• Exceptional communication skills, particularly for virtual interactions, ensuring a strong rapport with clients.

• Proficiency in using online therapy platforms and tools to facilitate effective client communication and session management.

Compensation and Benefits\n
