Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Adaptable Life Counseling, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations for individuals, couples, and families, identifying strengths and areas for growth.
\n
• Creating tailored treatment plans that may involve individual sessions, as well as couple and family therapy, based on clients' needs and goals.
\n
• Employing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and attachment-based interventions, to facilitate healing and change.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation regarding client progress, treatment plans, and session notes in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
\n
• Participating in clinical team meetings to collaborate on patient care, share insights, and provide mutual support.
\n
• Offering psychoeducation to clients and their families regarding mental health issues, coping strategies, and resource referrals.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will hold the following qualifications:

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field
