Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based and solution-focused methodologies.

• Implement diverse therapeutic strategies, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to meet specific client needs.

• Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols, maintaining comprehensive and accurate records in compliance with HIPAA guidelines and other regulatory requirements.

• Engage in collaborative efforts with a multidisciplinary team, contributing to case discussions with psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow mental health professionals.

• Participate actively in peer reviews and case consultations to enhance the overall quality of care provided to clients.

• Deliver psychoeducation to clients and their families, arming them with knowledge about mental health conditions, therapeutic options, and community resources available to support their journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with individuals experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, and depression. Your ability to establish trust and rapport will be critical in promoting effective therapeutic relationships, ultimately leading to better client outcomes and satisfaction.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Arizona.
