Lifecycle Marketing Account Manager

About the Role
\n \nOwn the lifecycle strategy for a book of DTC brands. We bring the clients, you grow them. Taktical Digital is a New York performance agency, now part of MediaMint. We run paid media, SEO, social, lifecycle and creative for global brands. Our lifecycle practice is growing, with email and CRO at the center of it, so we are hiring an Account Manager to own our Lifecycle accounts: the relationships, the strategy, the testing roadmap, and the results.
\n \nThis is a fully remote role, open to candidates anywhere in North America.

\n \nYou'll thrive here if you
\n \n* Have 3+ years in lifecycle or email marketing, ideally with DTC brands, whether agency-side, in-house or freelance.
\n* Know Klaviyo inside out. Experience on other ESPs is a bonus.
\n* Can run a CRO program end to end: hypotheses, A/B tests across email and on-site, reading the results and turning them into revenue.
\n* Can hold a client relationship end to end: strategy, communication cadence, expectations, the difficult conversations, and the renewal.
\n* Run yourself. It's fully remote, so nobody is checking your calendar.
\n \nCompensation comprised of salary plus performance bonuses. Total commensurate with experience.
