Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions with individuals, couples, and families, addressing a wide range of issues such as relationship conflicts, grief and loss, and anxiety.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to guide clients through challenging scenarios, promoting emotional resilience and coping strategies.

• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation in accordance with organizational policies and state regulations.

• Adapt methodologies to meet the unique needs of the remote telehealth setting, ensuring client engagement and accessibility.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care, including referral to external specialists when necessary.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training and supervision, attending workshops to stay current with the latest therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMFT will work with a diverse range of clients experiencing various challenges, including but not limited to, marital strife, family dynamics, psychological trauma, and adjustment issues. Whether it’s supporting blended families, guiding individuals through the complexities of separation and divorce, or addressing job-related stress, your work will directly contribute to improving their mental health outcomes and overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid and active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
