Account Manager – Midstream Energy (Confidential Company) Industry Focus: Midstream (primary) | Some downstream exposure helpful Travel: 50% Compensation: $110K–$140K base + uncapped commission Location: Flexible. Candidates may be based in any major U.S. oil & gas basin Company Overview Our client is a growth‑oriented energy technology company providing real‑time data analytics and process measurement solutions to oil & gas operators. By combining advanced hardware, analytics, and data visualization, the company enables customers to better understand hydrocarbon value, optimize operations, and improve profitability. Their technology delivers measurable ROI in months rather than years, supporting real‑time measurement, quality assurance, and process optimization. Customers include midstream and downstream operators, with typical stakeholders spanning operations leadership, plant management, and measurement teams. Role Overview This is a midstream‑focused Account Manager role responsible for owning and expanding a portfolio of strategic customer relationships. The role centers on selling real‑time measurement, analyzer, and process optimization solutions into complex operating environments. The ideal candidate is a seasoned commercial professional with oil & gas exposure who can: Manage and grow complex customer relationships Confidently navigate technical discussions with operations and engineering teams Position broad, solution‑based offerings rather than single‑point products Partner closely with internal engineering and field teams during site walkdowns and implementations This is not a transactional automation sales role. Success requires the ability to communicate value, reliability, and operational impact through focused, integrated solutions. Key Responsibilities Own and grow a defined portfolio of midstream accounts Build deep relationships with operations, measurement, and engineering stakeholders Conduct site walkdowns and collaborate on solution design and deployment Partner with internal technical teams on proposals, RFQs, and system integration Identify expansion and cross‑sell opportunities within existing accounts Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline visibility Represent the company professionally in the field and at industry events Ideal Background Experience selling technical or engineered solutions into midstream or energy infrastructure markets Comfort operating in the field and engaging technical stakeholders Strong relationship management and consultative sales skills Ability to manage a territory independently while collaborating cross‑functionally Interested candidates should apply confidentially or submit a resume to learn more about this opportunity. #J-18808-Ljbffr Bradsby Group
