Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health conditions through structured interviews, effective questioning, and symptom evaluation to create individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions via secure virtual platforms, actively utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), or other methodologies suitable for client needs.

As a member of the Misty Spring team, you will work with a diverse clientele facing varying mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
