This full-time position offers the flexibility of remote work while primarily serving children with developmental disabilities and their families through our outpatient services based in King Of Prussia, Pennsylvania. Work Environment\n

The position is primarily remote, allowing flexibility in your schedule, with a focus on providing therapy services in clients' homes or during outpatient visits. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual in-home therapy sessions as well as group therapy sessions at our outpatient center, catering to the needs of children and families.

• Utilize evidence-based strategies to provide anger management, coping skills, and social skills training to clients and their caretakers.
\n
• Work collaboratively with the Child Family Treatment Team, discussing treatment plans and progress towards behavioral goals.
\n
• Document necessary clinical information including intake assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes within the specified timelines.
\n
• Participate in monthly team meetings to review progress and suggest evidence-based interventions and recommendations for ongoing support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is on children aged 3-20 who face developmental and intellectual challenges. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse array of clients, enabling you to apply and refine your therapeutic techniques in real-life situations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Family Therapy, or a related mental health field.
\n
• An active and unrestricted Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license.
\n
• Availability for a minimum of 5-10 hours per week during after-school hours (4-7 PM), with additional weekend hours when possible.
\n
• Experience in providing positive behavior support and therapeutic interventions.
\n
• A valid driver’s license and a registered vehicle for travel to client locations.
\n
• Successful completion of a criminal background check, including fingerprinting, is mandatory.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience working with youth aged 3-20, particularly with children who have intellectual or developmental disabilities (I/DD).

• Experience in providing family therapy and working with culturally diverse families.
\n
• Skills in assessing behavioral challenges and developing interventions tailored to individual needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The role offers a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
