Key Responsibilities\n

As the LMHC, you will take on a variety of responsibilities that are vital to our operational and clinical success:

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans, collaborating with the clinical team to create pre-crisis and crisis interventions.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and ensure timely completion of all required documentation in alignment with regulatory requirements.

• Maintain open communication with multidisciplinary teams to implement effective positive behavior support plans.

• Engage in all licensing and accreditation processes, participating actively to uphold our commitment to quality care.

• Serve as a liaison with relevant service systems and community partners, creating a strong network to support patient outcomes and program effectiveness.

• Participate in professional development activities, including conferences and workshops, to enhance your skills and represent the agency's interests at state-level meetings and task forces.

Compensation and Benefits\n
