Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough evaluations and assessments to create personalized treatment plans for patients with various functional limitations and disabilities, focusing on evidence-based interventions.
• Ensure compliance with state practice acts and relevant laws governing physical therapy practices, providing mentorship and supervision as necessary.
• Utilize your clinical expertise to implement treatment protocols tailored to individual patient evaluations, adapting strategies as required to respond to patient progress and changes in condition.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care, recognizing the need for modifications to treatment plans based on ongoing assessments.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment outcomes meticulously, ensuring accurate billing and compliance with regulatory standards, including a clear depiction of each patient's journey through therapy.

Compensation and Benefits
