Work Environment\n

This role supports a telehealth service model, enabling you to conduct therapy sessions remotely from Chino Hills, California, or any location compliant with state regulations. Our work setting is designed for flexibility, allowing you to maintain a work-life balance while providing care. The standard working hours are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some scheduling flexibility to meet patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments through telehealth, implementing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to develop personalized treatment plans aligned with client goals.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques to facilitate client progress.

• Maintain detailed and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies while documenting progress and treatment adjustments.

• Collaborate with a diverse treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to coordinate care and enhance treatment effectiveness.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to support continuous improvement in therapeutic offerings and client outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, therapeutic options, and community resources to foster understanding and engagement in the treatment process.

• Stay current with ongoing professional development and the latest advancements in the mental health field to provide innovative and effective care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population of clients facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. By employing a person-centered approach, you will engage with clients from various backgrounds, offering them specialized support in a compassionate and understanding environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

• Strong foundational knowledge of solution-focused psychotherapy interventions to meet the diverse needs of clients.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with clients and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

• Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to navigate complex clinical scenarios.
