This is a foundational role in a rapidly growing company with a clear path to management for the right professional.If you are looking for a career in a cutting-edge field with a clear path to management, this is your chance to join a team that values innovation and work-life balance.The RoleAs an Account Manager, you will engage with commercial clients (Schools, Municipalities, Energy Plants, and Retail) to provide integrated safety and smart building technology.Key Responsibilities:Business Development: Source and manage clients at the C-Level, Owner, and Facility Management levels.Lead Management: While many leads are provided, you will implement marketing strategies to secure new business.Client Engagement: Maintain a high level of detail-orientation to manage projects from initial consultation to closing.Field Presence: This position is based in the Rockaway office with occasional travel to client sites (80% Office / 20% Field).Qualifications & RequirementsExperience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience (Technology Sales preferred).Education: Bachelor's degree preferred; Minimum Associate Degree or Electrical/Vocational/Sales Certification required.Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace is a must.Soft Skills: Analytical acumen, excellent writing/follow-up skills, and a "Can Do" attitude.Mobility: Must have a valid Driver's License and a reliable vehicle for field visits (expense plan included).Book of Business: A current book of commercial business is a significant plus.Why Apply?This is a "once in a lifetime" opportunity to join a firm that values family-work balance while operating at the forefront of the security and smart-tech industry.
