Senior Sales Strategy & Operations Analyst

We are a fast growing company, and it’s time to build an enterprise grade data stack You will be responsible for using data to identify process vulnerabilities and general optimization opportunities. Our 401(k) includes a dollar-for-dollar employer match up to 4% of compensation Ability to present stakeholders with clear, accurate, and impactful recommendations based on data Ability to connect the dots between data and business impact Flexibility in being able to quickly pivot between tasks when necessary Minimum 5+ years of experience working in analytics or data science Experience with SQL a plus Experience building dashboards and reports in Hex, including using Hex’s AI capabilities Experience with Lean and/or Six Sigma methodology a plus Experience with Salesforce process and flow development Expertise with developing and maintaining compelling data visualizations Proactive and professional communication in all settings Comfortable working with and combining data across many different data sources Experience building dashboards and reports in Gsheet or Excel Experience with database design and administration a plus Experience building dashboards and reports in Salesforce Passion for learning and growing analytical and process improvement skillset #J-18808-Ljbffr Human Interest
