About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Business Execution in the FX Sales & Trading sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading business execution across the Americas, driving strategic priorities, and ensuring operational excellence within a strong governance framework. This critical role involves acting as a key partner to senior leadership, leading cross-functional coordination, and shaping business priorities. The VP will also be involved in business transformation, platform enhancements, and will be expected to have a strong understanding of FX, Rates, and broader market products and dynamics. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience, with a proven track record in delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders. The role requires a deep appreciation of sales and trading business drivers, solid understanding of regulatory frameworks, and experience in business management, strategy, or front-office roles within a large, global financial institution. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed leadership and influencing skills, strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, and excellent communication and presentation skills. A self-starter with a high level of ownership, accountability, and execution focus is essential, as is an advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with programming skills such as Python being a plus.
