Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions with individuals, families, and groups, focusing on fostering trust and rapport while addressing mental health challenges.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and security of patient information.

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in training sessions, workshops, and peer supervision to stay abreast of emerging trends and research in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will serve a diverse patient population, including individuals and families grappling with a wide range of mental health conditions, such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, with a preference for relevant clinical experience in a community health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, dependent on your experience and caseload.
