Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at our organization, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy Sessions: Lead engaging and supportive group therapy sessions that encourage clients to connect with one another, share experiences, and foster a sense of community and belonging.

• Providing Individual Therapy: Offer personalized counseling sessions that allow clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Assist in developing tailored coping strategies and actionable plans to navigate their challenges.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The Licensed Professional Counselor position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
