Key Responsibilities

The Outpatient Physical Therapist is responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations to assess patient conditions and developing tailored treatment plans based on physician referrals.
• Implementing evidence-based interventions that may include manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to optimize recovery.
• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure alignment with patients' goals and improving functional outcomes.
• Engaging in continuous education and applying research-driven methodologies to inform best practices in the clinic.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to share insights and strategies that enhance patient care.
• Providing guidance and education to patients and their caregivers about therapy techniques and preventative measures for optimal health.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient documentation compliant with regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will treat a diverse patient population, including individuals dealing with orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine-related issues. Qualifications

To join our team, you must possess:

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) and a current license to practice in the State of Florida.
• A Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program recognized by the APTA or CAPTE.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in using various software applications.

Compensation and Benefits
