Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, to effectively address mental health issues.

• Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions, working to create a safe space for clients to explore their challenges and emotions.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to client care that encompasses medical, psychological, and social perspectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves a diverse client base, including individuals and families from various backgrounds and demographics. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Tennessee is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
