Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Kings View, you will:

• Engage in regular collaboration with colleagues during scheduled staff meetings and one-on-one supervision sessions, enhancing clinical skills through peer support and feedback.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health needs and collaboratively develop effective treatment plans tailored to their unique situations.

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies that encourage personal growth, resilience, and emotional well-being.

• Work together with clients to establish clear therapeutic goals, monitor their progress, and adjust treatment strategies as needed.

• Provide remote therapy solutions for clients who may face barriers to in-person appointments, ensuring accessibility and convenience.

• Maintain meticulous records and documentation to adhere to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical competencies and remain informed about current trends and best practices in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
