Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Therapist with Flourish Together, your role will encompass a variety of critical tasks aimed at providing top-notch care to clients:

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate the needs of clients and develop appropriate treatment plans.

• Utilize telehealth platforms to deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, ensuring a secure and supportive environment for all clients.

• Maintain thorough documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and clinical outcomes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate effectively with a network of healthcare professionals, referring clients to additional resources as needed to support their mental health journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele reflecting various backgrounds and challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your empathetic approach will empower clients to explore their experiences and lead them toward healing and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Current licensure in California as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related mental health field.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and provide effective support.

• Proficiency in managing clinical records, treatment plans, and telehealth technology.

Preferred Experience\n

While we require a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, candidates with additional training in evidence-based therapies or specialization in specific mental health conditions will be preferred. Experience in a telehealth setting is also a plus, as it demonstrates familiarity with the technological and clinical aspects of remote care.
