Commercial Account Executive - Financial Services

About the Role Our up‑market Commercial team focuses on working with growing organizations of 250–10,000 employees across the Financial Services industry, including Banking, Insurance, and Wealth & Asset Management. As a Commercial Account Executive, you will sell AI agents, accelerate revenue, build trusted customer relationships, and drive meaningful impact. Responsibilities Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts, aligned to their business objectives. Coordinate internal Salesforce resources and perform account planning, partnering with Prime and Cloud sales teams to ensure strategic alignment. Drive growth within existing accounts and develop new opportunities through warm leads and whitespace prospecting. Share the Salesforce value proposition with existing and prospective customers and help them realize value from their Salesforce investments. Required Qualifications 3+ years of full‑cycle, field‑based sales experience. Proven track record of managing customer accounts to drive upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, or acquiring new logo accounts. Ability to build and deliver compelling presentations to customers and C‑suite stakeholders. Ability to strategize and collaborate effectively with a large, extended team. Preferred Qualifications 5–10 years of full‑cycle sales experience with a focus on technology or SaaS solutions. Experience selling into Financial Services accounts (Banking, Insurance, or Wealth & Asset Management). Familiarity with the Salesforce platform and Customer 360 solutions. Experience in competency‑based selling; evaluation of extracurricular leadership, military service, volunteer roles, and work history. Salary Typical base salary range for this position is $77,550–$189,350 annually. In California and NewYork, and select cities in the metropolitan areas of Boston, Chicago, Seattle, and WashingtonDC, the base pay range is $85,300–$208,300 per year.
