ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in 2018 and has grown into a team of seven who bring energy, professionalism, and strong customer focus to everything we do. I began my journey as an Agent Aspirant, which gave me a deep understanding of what it takes to build and lead a successful office.

I'm a graduate of the University of South Alabama, a proud husband and father, and I enjoy golfing whenever I get the chance. Family is important to me, and that sense of commitment and balance carries into how I lead the team.

I stay active in the community as a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, serve on the Executive Board of the Eastern Shore Chamber, and am a member of the Spanish Fort Daphne Kiwanis Club. Being involved locally and giving back are priorities for our agency.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Randon Carnathan - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
