Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will engage closely with clients, focusing on their unique scenarios and needs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Family conflicts and communication issues

• Job stress and medical-related concerns

• Adjustment challenges relating to blended families or divorce

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques during sessions to facilitate healing and promote effective communication among family members.

• Monitoring client progress and adapting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.

• Participating in regular team meetings to discuss case management and share best practices.
