Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual counseling sessions via video chat to enhance clients' mental health status.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will primarily consist of adult clients who have been pre-screened to ensure they are stable and require low-acuity support. This approach allows you to focus on providing high-quality care to clients aligned with your specialties and demographic preferences. By matching therapists with compatible clients, we foster successful therapeutic outcomes

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Must be fully licensed and in good standing to practice independently within the state of Illinois. Licenses include:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
\n
• Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
\n
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
\n
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills coupled with a compassionate nature are essential for success in this role.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in teletherapy and the use of electronic health record platforms is advantageous.

• Familiarity with solution-focused and cognitive-behavioral therapeutic techniques.

• Previous experience working in a community health setting or with diverse populations is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 yearly , along with various benefits such as a sign-on bonus, unlimited administrative support, and minimal paperwork.
