Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with Mindful Changes Counseling, your daily responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral issues. As a therapist at Mindful Changes Counseling, you will be instrumental in guiding young clients and their families through their healing journeys, implementing therapeutic strategies that resonate with and empower them.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field.

• Possession of an Independent Mental Health License in Pennsylvania (LPC, LMFT, LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, specifically with children and adolescents.

• Proven ability to provide direct psychotherapy services and maintain a strong client rapport.

• Excellent technology skills, including proficiency in telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses. Additionally, Mindful Changes Counseling offers:
