Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to gather information about clients' backgrounds, needs, and goals for mental health improvement.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapy modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, to foster positive outcomes.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions that promote open communication and mutual understanding.

• Track treatment progress and make necessary adjustments to plans based on clients' evolving needs.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records in compliance with our ethical standards and state regulations.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within our community health clinic to provide integrated care that considers both mental and physical health aspects.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population that includes adolescents, adults, and families navigating various mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Many of our clients have experienced barriers to accessing mental health care, and your empathetic approach will play a vital role in building trust and establishing therapeutic rapport.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is essential.

• An active state license is required—either as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating proficiency in delivering individual and group therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience, along with a benefits package that includes health insurance, dental and vision coverage, paid time off, and resources for professional development.
