Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive therapeutic interventions to individuals and families experiencing crises, focusing on immediate stabilization and long-term support.

• Act as a leader for our dispatched mobile response team, offering clinical guidance and support to team members during onsite interventions.

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' needs, utilizing a person-centered approach in establishing treatment plans that align with their goals and circumstances.

• Collaborate with first responders and other healthcare professionals to ensure clients receive the appropriate immediacy of care, including transportation to suitable facilities when necessary.

• Make and manage referrals to other services, including case management and aftercare resources, ensuring a continuum of care for each client.

• Stay informed about community resources and services to enhance your therapeutic support and offer clients the most relevant options.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a depth of understanding in the field.
