Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of clients.

• Provide therapy sessions via telehealth or in community settings, while adhering to all state regulations and best practices.

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of billing, documentation, and reporting as per agency requirements.

• Agreed to participate in on-call rotations for after-hours support, responding to crisis situations as needed.

• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and external resources, such as schools and community organizations, to coordinate care and enhance client outcomes.

• Engage in continuous professional development, attending training sessions and workshops to stay abreast of best practices in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our services cater to a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. You will work with individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Hold an active license to practice in Pennsylvania as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a community health or outpatient clinic setting is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
