Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop, plan, and implement tailored support packages that assist clients in managing difficulties and overcoming dependencies.

• Conduct comprehensive interviews with service users to evaluate their condition, needs, strengths, and potential areas for improvement.

• Establish individualized measurable goals for each case, ensuring that client care is personalized and effective.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to enhance outcomes.

• Provide informed guidance and counseling during sessions, empowering clients to make knowledgeable decisions about their care.

• Maintain meticulous records documenting client interactions and status updates in compliance with confidentiality standards.

• Participate in multidisciplinary case conferences and, when necessary, provide evidence in court to advocate for clients.

• Serve as a key-worker, collaborating with other professionals and multidisciplinary teams to optimize client care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
