Work Environment\n

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify and address clients' social, emotional, and environmental challenges, utilizing standardized tools and methodologies.

• Develop personalized service plans, setting actionable goals and interventions, while regularly monitoring clients' progress and adjusting plans as needed.

• Provide individual and family counseling to those experiencing life challenges, tailoring therapeutic approaches to fit diverse client needs.

• Engage clients in collaborative discussions to create personalized goals and connect them with community resources that can help meet various needs.

• Administer crisis intervention, perform risk assessments, and develop safety plans when necessary to ensure client wellbeing.

• Collaborate effectively with community agencies and organizations to coordinate multifaceted services, advocating for clients’ needs and rights.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives, helping to raise awareness of agency services and engaging the broader community in our mission.

• Actively participate in case conferences, team meetings, and ongoing staff training to enhance teamwork and service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is on students and their families, many of whom face challenges such as homelessness, domestic violence, substance abuse, and economic hardship. You will help clients navigate these issues and leverage available community resources, supporting them in creating healthier and more stable environments that foster academic and personal success.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• Active State licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory before commencing employment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
