Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations of clients, assessing mental health status, and identifying specific needs and goals.

• Develop and execute tailored treatment plans that address individual client needs, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions to adult clients utilizing teletherapy platforms—facilitating remote access to crucial mental health services.

• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of clients in acute distress.

• Engage in continuous professional development activities to remain current with the latest mental health practices and developments in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure in Florida as one of the following: LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for strong therapeutic alliances with clients.

• A genuine disposition characterized by empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach.

• Proven organizational and time-management skills essential for managing multiple client relationships effectively.

• No history of disciplinary actions on licensing board records.
