Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions via telehealth, utilizing evidence-based practices to help clients confront and resolve emotional and behavioral issues.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies to support clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring their safety and emotional stability.

• Assess clients' mental health needs through comprehensive screenings and evaluations to tailor effective treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using our user-friendly therapist portal, which includes tools to facilitate efficient record-keeping and reporting.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relational issues, and behavioral disorders. Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
