Key Responsibilities\n

• Analyze the psychosocial needs of patients, collaborating with the healthcare team to develop appropriate treatment plans, including goals and intervention strategies.

• Facilitate ongoing communication with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to provide updates on patient progress, as well as identifying concerns and potential challenges.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies.

• Provide direct counseling and therapeutic services for patients experiencing crises, assessing their emotional and behavioral issues and offering evidence-based solutions.

• Coordinate care with clients' families and support systems to support patient treatment and effective discharge planning, ensuring a supportive environment for recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The focus of our clinic includes high-risk and underserved populations with varying mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related conditions, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) within the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n
