Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans for each client.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy, to provide effective individual, couple, and family therapy.

• Engage in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to client care, contributing to treatment discussions and case management.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and care continuity.

• Provide support to clients by facilitating therapeutic groups and workshops as needed, fostering a supportive community environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC at Thrive Wellness Counseling Center, you will work primarily with individuals and families facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in New Jersey is mandatory.
