• As an outpatient counseling center, you will work in a collaborative and supportive environment, interfacing with multidisciplinary teams of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to accurately determine treatment plans tailored for clients, ensuring evidence-based practices.

• Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, using a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals to create a holistic and cohesive treatment approach, closely monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations, contributing to the overall integrity and effectiveness of our services.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field is essential for this position.
