Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a personalized caseload by establishing rapport and fostering positive relationships with clients while maintaining the highest ethical standards and boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss their progress, review treatment goals, and assess the effectiveness of therapy, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

• Develop, implement, and monitor tailored person-centered treatment plans that focus on the unique needs of each client.
\n
• Maintain up-to-date client documentation, including progress notes and treatment records, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and mental health regulations.
\n
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate new clients, identifying their needs and establishing initial treatment recommendations.
\n
• Facilitate weekly individual therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic techniques to support client healing and growth.
\n
• Participate in regular individual supervision sessions to reflect on practice and receive feedback for professional development.
\n
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with other healthcare providers to improve overall client care and outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Professional Counselor will work primarily with an outpatient population composed of diverse individuals and families facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field.

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential, active and in good standing.

• A minimum of three years of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting, with hands-on practice in providing psychotherapy services.

• Proficiency in utilizing technology, including familiarity with spreadsheets, electronic health record systems (such as PIMSY), and communication platforms (like Outlook).

• Solid experience conducting intake assessments and competency in establishing rapport with clients.

• Experience working within a community health clinic model that emphasizes collaborative care.

• Background in family therapy or work with specific populations, such as children or adolescents, is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 per year, alongside a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
