Role Description

Accounting:
- All Accounts receivable and payable
- Client invoices
- Bank reconciliations
- Consultant invoices audits
- All tax filing and notice payments
- Company and CEO expense reconciliation
- Excel proficient and data analytics a requirement
Financing:
- Salary budget projection
- Client contract purchased hours budget audits
- Consultant budgeted hours allocation by clients
- Client contract reviews
- Sales revenue goals and budgets (and holding me accountable for this)
- Executive sales and consultant hours and cost allocation budget reviews, monthly quarterly annually
- Excel proficient and data analytics a requirement
