Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments to understand each client's unique mental health challenges, identifying strengths and available support systems.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions that are designed to promote healing, growth, and client empowerment.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate seamless care, ensuring that our clients receive the most effective therapeutic strategies.
