Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments utilizing interviews, observation, and medical records to identify emotional, social, and environmental factors impacting students' recovery processes. • Provide individual and family counseling to address adjustment issues, emotional distress, and mental health challenges that may arise during recovery, ensuring a supportive environment for healing.

• Work closely with the rehabilitation team to design and implement individualized treatment plans, tailored to incorporate students' unique psychosocial needs and recovery goals.

• Assist students and their families in navigating community resources, including support groups, vocational rehabilitation services, and housing assistance, empowering them to access necessary support systems.

• Educate families about post-rehabilitation services and available resources, helping them understand the options available to enhance their support network.

• Participate in discharge planning activities, ensuring smooth transitions for students back to their homes or alternative care settings, while advocating for continuity of care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
