Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children, incorporating parent interviews and observation techniques.

• Develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) tailored to the needs of children with disabilities or developmental delays.

• Monitor and assess outcomes, ensuring family-centered approaches are followed to support child development effectively.
\n
• Provide continuous support and resources to families, helping them understand and enhance their child's development.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices to create social learning plans that cater to individual family goals and strategies, applying Natural Learning Environment Practices.
\n
• Foster positive therapeutic relationships with children and their families to promote engagement and successful outcomes.
\n
• Maintain compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations, ensuring ethical practices in service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with infants and toddlers who face developmental challenges, often due to disabilities or delays. The focus on early intervention allows you to have a profound impact not only on the child but also on the family unit. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.

• Current licensure by the Department of Public Health; LCSW credential is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
