Director OF Strategic Sales

Seeking a dynamic Director of Strategic Sales to lead a remote, full-time team focused on enterprise value-based selling, achieving aggressive sales targets, and cultivating strong client relationships with C-Level executives. Key responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of Sales Executives to meet new business and expansion sales goals Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams Participate in C-level meetings to align Zip's solutions with customer needs and drive deal progression Required qualifications 5-8+ years of relevant experience in revenue generation, sales, and leadership Proven track record of scaling sales teams and meeting sales targets Experience in optimizing sales efficiency and productivity through business process improvements Self-starter with the ability to drive initiatives to completion Experience in fast-paced, hyper-growth environments
